Once you activate the plugin for the first time, it will take you to the WPHelpere Setup wizard.
You need to select the product type (single or multiple) and Knowledgebase slug (Optional). Knowledgebase slug is optional and the plugin will put “/help“ as Knowledgebase slug by default which will suit most of the Knowledgebase system requirements. Then set Category base (Taxonomy) slug as you want. By default the plugin will put “/wphproduct/” as category base.
Selecting Product type:
If you are having multiple products or have future plan to add more products, you can select “Multiple” and still you can use the Knowledgebase with single product.
If you just have a single product and just want to show only the Knowledgebase categories in the front page of the Knowledgebase system, you can select “Single“.
Once you are done with the setup. Click on Proceed
