In the first step, the Plugin will ask you to configure the Knowledge base by setting up the product type, Post type slug (optional) and Taxonomy slug (optional). By default, the post type slug will be set as “/help/“ which will suit most of the Knowledgebase system requirements and “/wphproduct/” for Knowledge base categories.
Selecting Product type:
If you are having multiple products or have future plan to add more products, you can select “Multiple” and still you can use the Knowledge base with single product.
Once you are done with the setup. Click on Proceed
