It is required to create different WordPress users with Author role for every book author. Then publish your book products under respective Author user.
Then Go to Bookstore > Shop Settings and you can find an option called “Show author link” at the bottom of the page. Once you enable it, it will show the author of the book (user link under which user the product published), if you click the author link, it will show all books by that author.
