Please check that you have the latest version of bookstore theme. If you have installed latest version, then check the below two options are enabled
1. Under Settings > General > Membership check whether the option Any one register option is enabled.
2. Under Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts tab > Enable Registration
select both options Enable registration on the “Checkout” page and Enable registration on the “My Account” page
