You can set your own theme by adjusting the colors of the admin panel.
Go to WPShapere > General, WPShapere > Admin Pages and WPShapere > Adminbar Options. These pages has color picker for most of the elements in the wordpress admin panel. Also it has live preview so you can preview your color changes when you picking the color.
